Over 8 weeks, your team does two things simultaneously: each person moves through the Unlearning School individually, working through the fears, blocks, and beliefs quietly running the show — while the team builds something together.
Week 0 — Kickoff Journey mapping foundations + launch the individual unlearning program
Week 2 — Current State Regroup on your current state maps. Surface what's really happening now — honestly.
Week 4 — AI Stewardship Commitments Workshop Where current and future connect. Define the stewardship values and commitments that will govern every AI decision your organization makes going forward.
Week 6 — Gap & Limiting Beliefs Where current and future disconnect. Name the fears and beliefs getting in the way.
Week 8 — Integration Finalize everything. Graduate the unlearning program. Leave with your deliverables.
