I spent 15+ years leading product and UX in complex organizations. Shipped user-centered products at scale. Led AI transformation, platform unification, complex migrations, and growth strategy across B2B and B2C. I know what it looks like when an organization is trying to change and can't figure out why it's not working.
I also know it from the inside. I lived the burnout. Did the unmasking — late, like a lot of us. Rebuilt from the ground up.
What I learned from both: the strategy is rarely the problem. The human system is the problem. And you can't think your way out of a human system problem. You have to feel it, name it, and do the work.
That's what I bring. Operational rigor and real personal transformation — in the same room, at the same time. That combination is why this framework works where others don't.
